獼猴桃(Kiwifruit)
獼猴桃它含有豐富的維生素C、維生素A、維生素E以及鉀、鎂、纖維素之外，還含有其他水果比較少見的營養(yǎng)成分——葉酸、胡蘿卜素、鈣、黃體素、氨基酸、天然肌醇。
獼猴桃中的Ve及Vk含量被定為優(yōu)良，脂肪含量低且無膽固醇。據(jù)分析，獼猴桃果實的維生素含量每100克鮮樣中一般為100-200毫克，高的達(dá)400毫克，約為柑桔5-10倍；含糖類8-14% ，酸類1.4-2-0%，還含酪氨酸等氨基酸12種。與其它水果不同的是獼猴桃含有寬廣的營養(yǎng)成分，大多數(shù)水果富含一、兩種營養(yǎng)成分，但是每個獼猴桃可提供8%DV葉酸，8%DV銅，8%泛酸，6%DV鈣和鮮，4%DV鐵和維生素B6，2%DV磷和Va以及其它維生素和礦物質(zhì)。
